    Background of Equitix

    Equitix is a responsible investor, developer and manager in infrastructure. Our 200-strong, expert team are based in 15 locations, providing on the ground active management and support to our assets, partners, investors and network.     We work across six main infrastructure sectors; Transport, Social Infrastructure, Renewable Power, Environmental Services, Network Utilities and Data Infrastructure, and are the leaders in UK social infrastructure transactions and the largest investor in the UK transportation sector.     Role Function

    Action all in-bound investor queries from current LPs across vintage funds.

    Agile, working across multiple existing fund and co-investment investment vehicles.

    Ownership of investor data rooms and investor portals.

    Maintaining records, spreadsheets; management and ownership of data rooms, investor webinar support and preparation, investor reporting production, assisting production of marketing material, presentations, RfPs, etc;.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Key team contact for all in-bound investor queries.
    • Virtual data room management, maintaining records, spreadsheets, underlying fund level and investment level data.
    • Active participant in investor meetings, building relationships with current and potential investors.
    • Working internally with other departments / teams to obtain relevant information for queries and regular requests from existing investors.
    • Assist the IR team with the production of presentation materials and general co-ordination of the semi-annual investor webinars.
    • Assist the IR team and liaise with the publishing company with the production of the quarter investor management reports.
    • Assist with legal / tax / operational / compliance DD workstreams.
    • Manage investor due diligence processes: manager due diligence processes; team presentations; site visits.
    • Supporting the wider team running core fund-raising campaigns, as well as working on bespoke managed account assignments and mandates.
    • Production of marketing material such as private placement memorandums, pitchbook presentations.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Investor Relations and Business Development experience helpful, 1-2 years + experience.
    • Solid educational background - GCSEs, A-Levels and Degree.
    • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, accountants, actuaries, or investment bankers.
    • In depth understanding of funds and structures and associated terminology e.g., tax, legal, etc.
    • Detailed understanding of financial metrics such as EV, EBITDA, leverage multiples etc.
    • Infrastructure experience: the infrastructure market and the risk profile of infrastructure assets.
    • Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent computer skills, including at least intermediate level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
    • Languages are a benefit but not essential.
