- Servicing a wide range of Electro-Mechanical Building Systems. (UPS, Switch Boards, Generators, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, Alarm Systems, Lighting)
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
- Keeping up-to-date records of works and incidents.
- Liasing with other on-site Engineers, External Contractors, and Clients to ensure the smooth completion of works.
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Full Electrical qualification (Apprenticeship, City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ 3, BEng, BSc, HND, etc...)
- JIB ECS Card desirable.
- 18th Edition & 2391 desirable.
