**Customer Care Coordinator - Bespoke Residential Developer- Essex**
£30,000 + 5% Bonus + Benefits
We are currently working on behalf of a leading Residential Developer located in Brentwood to help boost their customer care team for a new and already thriving region.
The business has built up a great reputation for delivering high quality developments across the UK and currently holds a five-star customer satisfaction rating.
This is demonstrated by the company's commitment to ensuring that customers receive the bestpossible levels of customer service when purchasing a new property and beyond.
In order to ensure that this is maintained, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to their existing team.
Some responsibilities will include:
- The role will involve receiving and making calls to new homeowners, escalating queries, resolving issues and coordinating relevant internal parties and external contractors
- Ensure that remedial works are carried out in a timely fashion and to agreed quality levels.
- Help to maintain customer records and report issues to the design and commercial teams so that they can be avoided in future projects.
