Duties to include:

  • Managing and planning events from start to completion
  • Organising lectures, programs, tours and youth events
  • Sourcing and booking venues for fund raising dinners and events
  • Handling all event administration, booking venues, speakers, caterers etc
  • Building relations with communal organisations, donors and delegates
  • Budget management
  • Updating inhouse database
