- establish, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- be the primary point of contact for customers.
- lead and manage a dedicated sales & order management team.
- research, actively approach new and existing customers, take on enquires and provide quotes.
- actively attend weekly production, planning, and scheduling meetings
- schedule and conduct ad hoc customer visits within the UK and Europe
- attend networking opportunities including conferences, industry events and workshops, within the UK and Europe.
- support new product development and launch through robust sales and marketing processes working with supporting departments.
- prepare and report monthly sales activities to the Operations Director.
- Experience within the Automotive manufacturing sector
- Motivated, personable and well presented.
- Commercially aware and customer focused.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and over the telephone.
- Highly IT literate
