We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to run a perms desk that already has vacancies that need to be filled In exchange for a competitive salary £25-£40k + plus quarterly bonus DOE.

Person Specification for Recruitment Consultant

Must have experience working as a Recruitment Consultant running a perms desk
Strong history of previous performance and billings
Health care recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
Driving licence is advantageous but not essential
Experience of mentoring less experienced consultants is advantageous but not essential
Ability to be organised and able to manage a broad and diverse work load
Able to implement own sales strategies and have the core skills to sell
