    The ECT will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to children in secondary schools, ensuring their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs are met.

    Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities that foster children's growth and development.
    Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
    Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and identifying areas for individualized support or enrichment.
    Plan and conduct parent-teacher conferences, providing feedback on children's development and addressing any concerns or questions.
    Stay current with best practices and trends in early childhood education, participating in professional development opportunities as required.
    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to child safety, health, and well-being.
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
    Certification or eligibility for certification as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) according to local regulations.
    Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting preferred.
    Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning theories.
