IT Support Engineer

Newcastle

Up to £30,000 DOE

Code red are working with a MSP client of ours based in Newcastle and they are looking for a It Support engineer to join there team.


Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and fix the IT issues
  • Working with SLA
  • Log and fix into helpdesk system Incident management
  • Resolve Technical issue
  • Support customers and provide a great level of customer service

Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of servers, storage and networking technologies
  • Documentation skills
  • Windows server
  • Hyperv
  • Vmware
  • VOIP
  • Cisco
  • RDS

Desirable:


  • Microsoft certifications
  • CCNA
  • Apple OS experience

Must have:


  • Full driving license
