Are you currently considering the next step up the ladder in your career?

As the successful applicant, you will be joining an established and highly experienced team of Commercial Lawyers that are settled with the wider Corporate team.

You will have experience dealing with a variety of work but should you have any specialist expertisesuch as competition law, procurement or consumer credit or any specialist knowledge of a particular industry such as technology, financial services or energy, the firm would be particularly keen to speak with you.

You will be advising on a wide range of contractual requirements as well as reviewing existing agreements in order to identify any potential disputes.

The right person for this role will have already taken the step up to partner but be looking for a new challenge or an established Senior Associate keen to progress into partnership.

Other skills essential for this role include technical excellence, proactive,the ability to work on your own taking initiative and as part of a wider team managing priorities and clients effectively.
