- Supporting consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service.
- Identifying product conversion opportunities for supplier consolidation, customer cost saving commitments & Rubix sales growth.
- Supporting other team members with enquiries and problems.
- Booking in spares accurately according to delivery sheets,
- Inventory stock counts
- Picking and creating kits for work order jobs,
- Experience in or basic skills of Microsoft outlook and excel is essential.
- A high level of attention to detail is required.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-driven and motivated to see each assigned task through to the end.
