Based at our brand new modern office in Solihull, you will play a key role within the Birmingham Team at Ridge by providing high level administrative and secretarial support to the Project Management Partner, Engineering Partner and our Surveying Partner, whilst supporting the wider strategy and business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Providing extensive administration support; Diary management including booking travel arrangements i.e. hotels, meetings, etc
- Coordinate meetings for the office, including regular management meetings such as monthly Partners, Associates and Team Managers meetings
- Preparing key presentations ensuring that briefings for meetings have been prepared and debriefing takes place
- Production of reports, and design documents and presentations to a high standard and in accordance with Ridge brand style guidelines
- Arranging appointments, implementing and maintaining procedure/administration systems
- Manage, answer, respond to and filter telephone calls, electronic and written communication and provide secretarial assistance
- Providing confidential project support, ensuring that governance and actions are managed, and that the correct stakeholders are present for key meetings
- Managing expense claims and corporate credit card statements on behalf of the Partners
- Arranging internal and external meetings, and maintaining excellent levels of communications with all stakeholders
- Handle all matters respectfully and confidentially
- Prepares and sends business and private correspondence
Experience and Skills Required:
- Exceptional organisational skills ability to prioritise and adjust to change
- Significant proven Personal Assistant experience
- Efficient and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Experience of developing presentations, collating information and producing Executive level reports
- Advanced administration skills, able to demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and proven administration skills, with the ability to collate, review and standardise information to bring in line with company branding
