Inspire Community Trust is a small business in Erith, DA8 2DH.

We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Inspire is a major provider of quality health and social care services for older people and people with disabilities, in the London Borough of Bexley and neighbouring boroughs.

The Customer Services Assistant needs to be empathic and timely in approach and will be required to adapt their skills and knowledge to respond to the changing needs of the organisation.

We are looking for 2 x Part Time
Administration Assistant for the Sensory Support Service. We can be flexible with working hours.


1 x Monday + Tuesday 09:00-16:30

1 x Thursday + Friday 09:00-16:30
Although previous experience is desired, we provide full training and support.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • To advise professionals and service users about health and social care needs on the telephone and make referrals when necessary.
  • To support staff with making appointments.
  • To use the social care databases to update the records where necessary
  • To order and record equipment on the appropriate database.
  • To collate performance statistics where needed.
  • Recording, managing, and monitoring of all customer & internal requests
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service displaying compassion & understanding
  • General Administration for Team and Management
  • Creation/Generation and distribution of management information & customer correspondence
  • Maintaining Excellent filing systems
  • Maintain excellent customer relations externally and internally
  • To undertake any other reasonable requests from the management team
  • Continue to contribute to the development of the team and the organisation
