Overview of the vacancy:


A fantastic opportunity for a positive, focused individual to join our growing Client as a Sales Support Administrator, reporting to the Team Leader.

This would be a great opportunity for somebody looking to secure a position within the Finance sector.


Duties for the position

of New Business Support Administrator

  • Answering reception calls and filtering them to the correct contacts
  • Providing copies of agreements and paperwork to customers up on request
  • Carrying out Credit and AML searches
  • Proposing deals to funders for credit review
  • Chasing funders for decisions and updating the system accordingly
  • Responsible for dealing with incoming documents; accurately checking all details
  • When required raise credit notes or reinvoice
  • Responsible for raising customer documentation and ensuring all relevant documents are returned correctly
  • Once documents have been received and conditions agreed, liaise with supplier to arrange delivery date
  • Check all final documentation for invoicing, package the deal and invoice
  • Ensure all relevant notes and documentation are archived and fully updated
  • Completing deal novation's

Experience required for the position

New Business Support Administrator:
  • Minimum of Maths and English GCSE at C or above (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and oral communication Skills
  • Terrific team player
  • Excellent attention to detail to deliver accurate work
  • Superb organisational and time management skills
  • Selfmotivation with the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads

Working hours

and Benefits package:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9.00am to 5pm (One
  • hour unpaid lunch)
  • Annual leave 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata)
  • PMI £30 contribution
