    Osbornes Law is seeking to recruit an individual to look after the reception and front of house for the firm's new Hampstead Office.

    The successful candidate will be looking after reception duties at Hampstead and will manage room booking, meeting set-up and all other tasks to ensure smooth running of the office.

    This is a unique dual role as it also offers the opportunity to gain some entry level marketing experience in a professional services environment.

    Duties will include:

    • Keeping various contact databases up-to-date.
    • Assisting with the management of firm events (both on and offline).
    • Attending Hampstead-based events and connecting with the local community.
    • Working with the firm's online marketing assistant to ensure the firm's website, social media channels and intranet are kept updated.
    • Manage the ordering and delivery of corporate branded items and client gifts.
    • Liaising with the accounts team to process all marketing invoices.
    • Keeping all marketing files up to date.
    • All other duties deemed necessary to support the team's activities.

    Skills

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
    • Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
    • Good analytical, research and written English skills.
    • Proactive, common-sense attitude.

    This is a client facing role and it is therefore essential to be a polite and friendly individual, who will give a very good first impression of the firm.

    The firm will consider candidates who can commit to five shorter days to fit in with other responsibilities such as child care or studying.
