1. SALES PERFORMANCE
- TO COACH TEAMS IN STORE TO ACHIEVE RETAIL SALES TARGETS SET BY THE
- COACH ESTEE LAUDER ADVSIORS WHERE NECESSARY AND HIGHLIGHT TRAINING
- TO HOST ON COUNTER EDUCATION WORKSHOPS TO DRIVE THE SELL
2. PRODUCTIVITY
- ACHIEVE ALL KPI'S AS OUTLINED BY THE BRAND.
- SUPPORT AND COACH ADVISORS TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE THE SKILLS
3. LUXURY SERVICE PERFORMANCE
- LEAD BY EXAMPLE THROUGH DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL LUXURY SERVICE
- DRIVE LUXURY SERVICE STANDARDS THROUGH COACHING/FEEDBACK.
4. EVENTS
- PLAN AND EXECUTE IN STORE EVENTS, ALIGNED TO THE BRAND STARTEGY, PRODUCT PRIORITIES.
- PROVIDE COACHING AND FEEDBACK TO SPECIALISTS ENSURING THE EVENT.
- TRACK AND REPORT SALES PERFORMANCE INLINE WITH THE EVENT TO THE SALES AND EDUCATION EXECUTIVE/ AIRPORT CO ORDINATOR.
5. ADVISOR SUPPORT
- WORK ALONGSIDE THE COUNTER MANAGER TO IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS
- CREATE & MAINTAIN AN INSTORE EDUCATION PLAN PER ADVISOR.
- ENSURE CONSISTENCY IN THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE ACCREDITATION
6. EDUCATION SUPPORT
- COACH, MOTIVATE AND EVALUATE TEAM PERFORMANCE BASED ON PRODUCTIVITY.
- CONDUCT STRATEGIC FOLLOW UP OF ALL CLASSROOM EDUCATION TO
- ASSIST, AS REQUIRED, WITH THE FACILITATION OF CORE EDUCATION
- IDENTIFY LOCALLY RELEVANT EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP
- CONDUCT TRAINING FOR AGENCY USAGE, TO SUPPORT WITH PROMOTIONS, EVENTS DURING LAUNCHES AND/OR HIGH TRAFFIC MOMENTS.
7. IMAGE
- TO MAINTAIN PERSONAL GROOMING TO THE STANDARDS AS SET BY TOM
- MAINTAIN THE BRAND IMAGE AT THE COUNTER BY ASSISTING WITH CLEANING
***: THE SALES & EVENTS CO-ODINATOR WILL REPORT TO THE SALES & EDUCATION EXECUTIVE (SEE), WHILST WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE REGIONAL EDUCATION MANAGER TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY IN SERVICE AND DRIVE PRODUCTIVITY AND SALES IN HEATHROW AIRPORT.
THIS ROLE WILL BE KEY IN DRIVING SALES AND DEVELOPING OUR ADVISORS THROUGH IN STORE COACHING STRATEGIES, WHILE WORKING WITH SEE TO IDENTIFY KEY AREAS FOR FOCUS AND DEVELOPMENT.
