RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

1. SALES PERFORMANCE

  • TO COACH TEAMS IN STORE TO ACHIEVE RETAIL SALES TARGETS SET BY THE
COMPANY THROUGH THE SALES & EDUCATION EXECUTIVE.

  • COACH ESTEE LAUDER ADVSIORS WHERE NECESSARY AND HIGHLIGHT TRAINING
OPPORTUNITIES TO THE SALES & EDUCATION EXECUTIVE

  • TO HOST ON COUNTER EDUCATION WORKSHOPS TO DRIVE THE SELL
THROUGH OF NEW LAUNCHES/LIMITED LIFE COLLECTIONS/ PRODUCT PRIORITIES.


2. PRODUCTIVITY

  • ACHIEVE ALL KPI'S AS OUTLINED BY THE BRAND.
  • SUPPORT AND COACH ADVISORS TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE THE SKILLS
REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY ACHIEVE BRAND KPI'S, SUCH AS AUS/ IPT AND CROSS CATEGORY SELLING TECHNIQUES.


3. LUXURY SERVICE PERFORMANCE

  • LEAD BY EXAMPLE THROUGH DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL LUXURY SERVICE
LEVELS AT ALL TIMES.

  • DRIVE LUXURY SERVICE STANDARDS THROUGH COACHING/FEEDBACK.

4. EVENTS

  • PLAN AND EXECUTE IN STORE EVENTS, ALIGNED TO THE BRAND STARTEGY, PRODUCT PRIORITIES.
  • PROVIDE COACHING AND FEEDBACK TO SPECIALISTS ENSURING THE EVENT.
  • TRACK AND REPORT SALES PERFORMANCE INLINE WITH THE EVENT TO THE SALES AND EDUCATION EXECUTIVE/ AIRPORT CO ORDINATOR.

5. ADVISOR SUPPORT

  • WORK ALONGSIDE THE COUNTER MANAGER TO IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS
TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES IN THEIR TEAM.

  • CREATE & MAINTAIN AN INSTORE EDUCATION PLAN PER ADVISOR.
  • ENSURE CONSISTENCY IN THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE ACCREDITATION
PROGRAMME.


6. EDUCATION SUPPORT

  • COACH, MOTIVATE AND EVALUATE TEAM PERFORMANCE BASED ON PRODUCTIVITY.
  • CONDUCT STRATEGIC FOLLOW UP OF ALL CLASSROOM EDUCATION TO
ENSURE SUCCESSFUL ROLL OUT OF TRAINING INITIATIVES, INCLUDING ELX & TRU CONTENT, TO BOLSTER AND IN GRAIN PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.

  • ASSIST, AS REQUIRED, WITH THE FACILITATION OF CORE EDUCATION
PROGRAMMES.

  • IDENTIFY LOCALLY RELEVANT EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP
TALENT AND CAPABILITY WITH OUR ADVISORS THROUGH REGULAR MONITORING, FEEDBACK AND REPORTING.

  • CONDUCT TRAINING FOR AGENCY USAGE, TO SUPPORT WITH PROMOTIONS, EVENTS DURING LAUNCHES AND/OR HIGH TRAFFIC MOMENTS.

7. IMAGE

  • TO MAINTAIN PERSONAL GROOMING TO THE STANDARDS AS SET BY TOM
FORD BEAUTY.

  • MAINTAIN THE BRAND IMAGE AT THE COUNTER BY ASSISTING WITH CLEANING
AND MERCHANDISING COUNTERS, TESTER STANDS AND DISPLAYS.

***: THE SALES & EVENTS CO-ODINATOR WILL REPORT TO THE SALES & EDUCATION EXECUTIVE (SEE), WHILST WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE REGIONAL EDUCATION MANAGER TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY IN SERVICE AND DRIVE PRODUCTIVITY AND SALES IN HEATHROW AIRPORT.


THIS ROLE WILL BE KEY IN DRIVING SALES AND DEVELOPING OUR ADVISORS THROUGH IN STORE COACHING STRATEGIES, WHILE WORKING WITH SEE TO IDENTIFY KEY AREAS FOR FOCUS AND DEVELOPMENT.

THE SALES & EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR WILL LEAD BY EXAMPLE EXECUTING THE ESTEE LAUDER BRAND VISIONS AND STRATEGY.
