Description
Podium Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Protection Advisor to join our client's welcoming team in Manchester. This full-time Trainee Protection Advisor role comes with a salary of up to £27,000 and excellent benefits.


As a dedicated Trainee Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality sales calls with customers and providing regulated advice to them, focusing on appropriate outcomes.

Your performance and competence will be measured against arange of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure customers respond and go on to obtain the insurance product they require.

Working hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm or 10 am-6 pm (early finish on Fridays).

  • Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets
  • Current or recent experience selling a relevant regulated product
  • Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry
  • Expertise in objection handling and the ability to close deals
  • The ability to carry out processes in a compliant manner
You will receive a salary of £25K-£27K and a compelling benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
