Whether it is minor car park damage or a road traffic accident their growing number of repair centres (currently 72) provides a range of services that use modern repair methods to put your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition, ensuring they repair every vehicle with utmost pride and care.
You will be responsible for managing the team, that will carry out repair work for a variety of vehicles. You will be responsible for managing an on-site team of experts, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and all administrative staff. You will understand the business needs, the accounts, reports, and KPIs, effectively manage site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability, and actively and efficiently manage work provider and supplier relationships.
You will deal with any customer issues, and ensure time is prioritised for interviewing, to ensure open vacancies are filled swiftly.
