Executive Marketing Manager

Duration: 12 months contract initially

The Opportunity:

As a key member of the EMEA Executive Marketing team, we are looking for a data driven Marketing Manager who is positive and effective, exercising agility and focus when working with senior stakeholders and contributors.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring the ExM offerings land in your region and make sense to those around you. Your partnership with regional leaders and stakeholders is critical to ExM feeling culturally tailored. You will be expected to provide regular updatesand insights to your stakeholders in region and feedback regional insights into the broader EMEA ExM strategy.
We are looking for someone with CRM experience, working with Field Marketing and Sales, you will ensure that data is uptodate and complete for customers in your region and set the standard across EMEA. You will partner closely with the central ExM teamto ensure you are tracking consistent data and meeting the metrics needed from the organisation
You'll be joining an established and diverse team in one of the world's best workplaces and working with some exceptional people to help client build strong customer relationships

What you'll do:

Manage all executive marketing events across your region
Support panEMEA executive marketing activities
Connect with stakeholders across the organisation and within region, including Field Marketing, Communications, Sales, client's regional leadership.
Instruct and manage external stakeholders and delivery partners such as local agencies
Promote the ExM offering within your region
Support your region in identifying the best customers for ExM offerings, monitor nominations and support customer care inregion
Capture customer data alongside Field and Sales colleagues
Work against key performance indicators and drive tracking mechanisms, analysis and course corrections throughout all programs
Support panEMEA Strategy creation and feedback potential regional discrepancies
You will be responsible for Database management and reporting and implementation of best practice in line with the wider EMEA objectives

Actual Deliverables:

Regional Events Planning, Strategy

Responsible for regional event strategy and budget get buyin and sign off
Set regional events calendar get buyin and sign off
Work with ExM team to plan and feed in regional events and programme events to fit the calendar, allocate budgets accordingly, get approval, sign off and budget
Manage a network of agencies for event delivery and corporate hospitality experiences
Feed into Workfront and manage all projects for the year
Feed into team SharePoint for internal communications
Review and new event proposals that may arise

President Events Support

Support Event lead and ExM team with the delivery of president events, creating special experiences, managing a team and delivering the event on budget and on time in locations proportionally appropriate across Europe
