    Head of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement (Real Estate Development)

    £85,000 - £100,000 plus bonus & benefits

    We are collaborating with a forward thinking real estate company renowned for revitalizing neglected areas and turning them into thriving community centres and cultural hubs.

    Their commitment lies in crafting sustainable, inclusive environments that enhance local communities.

    Presently, they are in search of a Head of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement to lead their latest project.

    This venture focuses on rejuvenating a London site to provide studio spaces for the film and television industry, educational facilities in the arts/film space, alongside offering affordable housing and commercial areas such as office space, retail and F&B.

    As a pivotal member of the project team, you will spearhead community engagement initiatives, nurturing strong bonds with local stakeholders to ensure their input influences the development process.

    Your involvement will extend to consultations as the project advances through planning stages.

    Reporting directly to project leadership, this position presents a distinctive opportunity to drive social change and influence the trajectory of one of London's most captivating redevelopment ventures.

    Lead community engagement endeavours, coordinating exhibitions, workshops, and events.


    • Advocate for social value principles throughout the project's lifecycle.
    • Collaborate closely with the Director of Communications on strategy and budgetary matters.
    • Foster strategic partnerships within the film/TV industry and other sectors.
    • Supervise planning, marketing, and community communications as the project evolves.
    • Manage the consultation agency and cultivate relationships with local councils and authorities.
    Demonstrated expertise in community engagement, preferably in property or urban development.
