    Responsible for delivering Hawksmoor standard Product out of the kitchens

    • Hawksmoor standard food, quality, consistency, service, ethics price from suppliers
    • Implement effective controls of Food COG's, Labor and Direct Expense cost.
    • Implement and oversee effective waste management controls.
    • Analyze and assess current supply chain and procurement processes to ensure we are receiving the best quality product in the most cost-effective way.
    • Selection process for new Exec Chefs – sign off technical skills, their ability to execute food - quality & consistency, set successful hires up for success
    • Work closely and collaboratively with Executive General Managers in ensuring all Hawksmoor food standards are followed and adhered to, training on new menu items and leading educational briefing (pre-shifts) to the team/s.
    • BOH lead-by-example on company culture policies and procedures
    • Experience in building systems for scalability and operational efficiency, which include financial, scheduling, inventory systems, quality assurance, cost control.
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
    • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business.
    • Ability to travel when necessary.
