    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a highly creative and dynamic Social Media and Design Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our brand's presence across various social media platforms, with a specific focus on Platform X and LinkedIn. Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling content and utilize innovative design strategies to captivate our audience and elevate our brand identity.

    It is imperative you have created campaigns from scratch and as a sole contributor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Develop and execute a cohesive social content strategy for Platform X and LinkedIn that aligns with our brand guidelines, goals and values. This includes generating engaging content, graphics, and video content that resonates with our target audience (B2B and B2C).
    • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our audience on Platform X and LinkedIn, by scheduling regular posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
    • Design & Branding: Leverage design tools, particularly Canva, to create visually appealing content that pushes the boundaries of conventional design and distinguishes our brand in the space economy. Ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics from social media platforms and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and overall impact.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, design, and technology to keep our brand at the forefront of digital marketing.
    • Ad-hoc: Support the marketing team and internal teams, designing new client proposals, case studies, etc.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Platform X and LinkedIn, with a strong portfolio of past work.
    • Expertise in graphic design with a proficiency in Canva and other design software.
    • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
    • Exceptional creativity and innovation in content creation and design.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience in video content creation and editing.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and social media optimization.
    • An eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
