- Creating customs documentation for Air Freight
- Oversee all customs clearance of traffic moving by road
- Complete customs entries from start to finish for Imports and Exports
- Customs import/export entry checking
- Collaborate with clients, importers, exporters, and relevant parties to gather essential information required for import and export declarations.
- Address and resolve queries from Customs related to active declarations.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all operational systems.
- Upload job information into in-house Transport Monitoring System
- Swiftly and effectively manage all inquiries and questions concerning customs processes, tariff classifications, duty rates, and additional documentation needs while maintaining direct communication with clients.
- Experience working within a similar role is required
- Customs software experience
- Experience working with freight forwarding and logistics
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
