- Manage your caseload, handling sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, new builds)
- Conduct lease extensions and auction transactions
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers
- Adhere to all internal and external audits
- Share information and best practices with colleagues whenever possible
- Adhere to the firm's detailed policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
- Demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and proactive, ambitious, and organized with attention to detail
- Skills and experience
- Solid experience in residential conveyancing, including complex aspects
- Familiarity with referral arrangements and compliance issues
- Business development skills
- IT proficient with a willingness to embrace system development for efficiency
- Experience in building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals
