We are working with one of our longest standing clients, an Insurance Specialist, based in Bristol, that are looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join their growing team.

This is the ideal position for somebody who is looking to progress a career withinsales and has experience working within a fast-paced environment.


What you'll be doing

  • Making initial contact with potential new clients via phone, LinkedIn etc.
  • Understanding clients' current needs and requests.
  • Completing information forms with clients' information.
  • Taking note of clients' current insurance providers.
  • Passing forms to the Senior BDE's to make contact with potential clients.

What you'll need to apply

  • Experience within a customerfocused environment sales, hospitality, retail etc.
  • A confident, outgoing personality that wants to succeed in a career.

What you'll get in return for your talents

  • Basic salary of
    £19,500rising to
    £22,200 within 36 months.
  • Realistic OTE of
    £23, ,000.
