As a Technical Product Owner you will be responsible for managing the features, benefits, performance, security and risk of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The role is responsible for the Run and Change of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within Quilter's risk appetite andcost profile, ensuring ongoing delivery of fit-for-purpose functionality that Microsoft Dynamics provides Quilter.

As part of a vertically integrated business, you will be involved in a number of Quilter wide Business and IT transformation initiatives, delivering change onto our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform.

You will play a role in building out our digital capabilitydriving growth and efficiency and delivering improvements in our operating margin.

Embedding ESG tools and propositions will be a key focus as well as bringing new technology and features to market which will allow our customers to feel more secure about thefinancial future and help advisers run more successful advice businesses.

You will lead, deliver, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics to enable a subset of a business or function's strategic goals and deliver well designed, operationally resilient technology solutions.


You will own product delivery (via appropriate methodologies) across Run and Change, manage the lifecycle from inception, analysis, design, development, and testing through to delivery and maintenance.


Management of cross functional technology teams and providing effective stakeholder communication as well as acting as a key point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics is also a key part of the role.


You will also be responsible for maintaining oversight and ownership of IT Suppliers engaged in delivering technology solutions, including supplier onboarding, performance and exit.

Developing and maintaining a sustainable plan for Technology Suppliers engaged in delivering technology solutions, including performance, spend and status.


You will ensure a single view of Technology Supplier risks for the technology solution exists and drives a prioritised risk mitigation process.

Providing clear directions to team members about business priorities and performance expectations is an important part of this role.


You will deploy teams in an effective way, balancing delivery of goals with skill development and maximise performance of the team through regular check-ins to support continuous improvement.

Providing effective feedback and coaching team members as well as identifying development needs to support employees is also required.

You will have experience in implementing DevOps best practices, managing and delivering through multi-disciplinary teams, credible experience of delivery complex technology and proven experience of working with, managing and delivering through third partysuppliers.
