    Description

    This leading private equity from in Marylebone requires a methodical, detailed orientated and efficient PA to support a very important team in the business. This Data Science team requires an assistant who will be genuinely interested in learning what they do so that they can add real value and assist on a deep level. It will require someone bright and curious and the team are delightful. This PA needs to be a team player and have a high attention to detail, in a fast-paced office environment. They are based in stunning offices with a state of the art private gym and very cool breakout coffee area. The key responsibilities are:

    • Extensive diary management
    • Proactive approach to assist the Partner with his network of contacts and keep database of up to date
    • Arranging all travel, domestic and international
    • Manage expenses for the team (experience of Concur a plus)
    • Some personal aspects (particularly for the Partner)
    • Maintain contacts database and in-house DS recruitment process
    • Third party correspondence: GLG, Third Bridge and other data providers
    • Experience of working with Notion a plus – the platform is used by the team to collaborate on live workstreams.

    There is the opportunity to join the team meetings and spearhead the logistics for the team, the right person could take the initiative to coordinate and streamline their agendas and focus points and develop relationships with third parties in order to ensure everyone is using their time wisely.

    Requirements:

    • The ability to work autonomously managing ever changing, complex diaries, planning strategically and prioritising where necessary
    • Have natural gravitas and meticulous attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines often under pressure and be real team player working well with other Assistants as the team is incredibly collaborative and everyone takes huge pride in the work that they do – no task is considered too menial
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
    • Excellent communication skills
    • A self-starter who is friendly and warm, quietly efficient & confident
    • Graduate level is preferred
