Description

We are looking for a Principle Field Product Manager to join our team and have a direct impact on sales and product roadmap for Zscaler's Risk360 and various other products.

In this role, you will become the 'go to' person for sales engineers and account reps.

You will help us meet the requirements of our rapidly growing customer base and be game changers in the security space.

Lead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape that every customer needs to be aware of and planning to deal with in regards to data protection
Interact locally and remotely with customers in an equally persuasive manner
Maintain bi-directional trusted advisor relationship with Product Management to drive client-based insights/feedback and future solution direction
Provide design consultation and best practice guidance for rollout, implementation, and policy conversion during the pre-sales; testing in strategic accounts either at the customer site or Zscaler lab facilities
Provide product update and enhancement training to other SEs in the region or theater
Provide demos for strategic prospects and current accounts in all facets of Zscaler offerings and integration in existing customer environments
Assist in the training of new Zscaler SEs in their designated region in installs customer presentations, and internally-focused deal preparation activities
Travel of 50%-70% within the EMEA region
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields
