    PowerPoint Design Specialists to enhance our team

    Fully remote role

    Position Overview:

    • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Craft accurate and timely documents adhering to our established templates, branding, and production excellence standards.
    • Elevate our PowerPoint presentations with your industry insight, creativity, and keen eye for design and layout enhancements.
    • Engage proactively with stakeholders on project updates and creative direction, ensuring impactful client and team communication through innovative ideas and pitches.
    • Guarantee punctual project delivery, maintaining transparency with clients about timelines or adjustments.
    • Deliver exceptional service focused on timeliness, client contentment, open communication, and creative excellence.
    • A minimum of 2-3 years' background in design or professional services.
    • Qualifications:
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to forge trusting client relationships.
    • Proficiency in collaborating with teams and stakeholders, fostering strong professional bonds.
    • A flair for producing creative design solutions and utilizing client-specific tools and templates as necessary.
    • Comprehensive understanding of our brand's visual guidelines and a commitment to maintaining high design standards.
    • Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and skill enhancement, including participation in training programs relevant to the role.
    • Adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to process improvement.
    • Working Conditions:
    • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00.
    • This is a remote position.

    Candidate Profile:

    • You have outstanding PowerPoint abilities, with Adobe Creative Suite skills being a plus.
    • You possess a good grasp of graphic design principles and are proficient in Outlook.
    • Your creative approach allows you to contribute original ideas and solutions.
    • With excellent communication skills, you're adept at managing client relationships and working under deadlines to deliver precise, innovative outcomes.
    • You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to initiate tasks, and work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
    • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in design or professional services, are comfortable working within brand guidelines, and have a background in Graphic Design/Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • MOS PowerPoint accreditation and a degree in a relevant field are preferred but not essential. An electronic portfolio showcasing your PowerPoint projects is desirable.
