  • This role is categorised as a _
    _roam__ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we'll support you working from a variety of locations.

The Role:


Working within the Asset directorate you'll be part of a high performing project team acting in the role of the client to deliver a large programme of major investment works across the portfolio of our housing stock.


This role will involve supporting our Partnership Project Managers and Co-ordinators through accurate and auditable data input, collation and provision of management information including a variety of statistical information, in line with the requirements of the service.


You'll also be involved with taking minutes of meetings in a technical / construction setting, electronic filing of compliance and completion certification, raising purchase orders, mail merging and distributing letters and other general administrative support duties, including responding to queries and complaints both face to face and over the telephone when required.


The Person:


We're looking for someone who is forward thinking, logical and efficient and able to prioritise workload to high standards and to specific deadlines.

You'll be team orientated and have good customer service skills.


With a good understating and experience of all administrative duties, you'll also have experience of minute taking in a technical environment to a detailed standard and will be able to plan and arrange meetings for the project teams as required.
