    Key Points:

    £27,500 Basic Salary:

    Plus, uncapped commission structure (7% of gross revenue achieved).This role is office-based in Manchester during the 3-month onboarding process, then transitions to a hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office (non-negotiable).


    The Role:

    As a Sales/Business Development Executive based in Manchester, you'll be responsible for both inbound lead management and proactive lead generation. You'll work closely with a team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Occupational Health and Wellbeing sector.


    Transparent Interview Process:

    1. 20-minute introduction phone call with Smartrole.2. 30-minute video call and sales skills assessment with Smartrole.3. 30-minute interview with the Chief Commercial Officer.4. 60-minute interview with the Founder and Chief Commercial Officer.5. Offer stage.
