Location: Dorset
This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven Family Law Solicitor to become part of one of the UK's most esteemed and rapidly expanding firms, working alongside an award-winning Family Law team based in Dorset.
As part of a multi-office firm with over 250 employees and more than 40 partners, you will collaborate within a dynamic environment. The Family Law team represents a diverse range of individual clients, including High Net Worth individuals, with a significant portion of referrals originating internally between teams.
In this role your responsibilities would be include managing a varied family law caseload encompassing divorce, separation, financial remedy, and private law children matters. Handling cases from inception to resolution, including drafting, client consultations, liaison with counsel, court appearances, advocacy, and more. Actively engaging in business development initiatives to foster professional growth and expand the firm's client base.
The ideal solicitor will have a minimum of 1 year PQE in private law family matters, demonstrable expertise in managing complex family law cases, proven ability to provide high-quality legal advice and representation, strong advocacy and negotiation skills as well as the ambition to contribute to the continued success and growth of the Family Law team.
