Your role involves a close partnership with the Head of Finance, ensuring that the financial vision aligns and integrates seamlessly with our organisational objectives. This position requires a hands-on approach, with substantial on-site collaboration with the Finance team, and significant interaction with the EP1 program management.

    • Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment for the cutover plan and develop contingency plans to address potential post-implementation challenges.

    Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

    • Accredited accountant with robust experience in finance departments of businesses with turnovers of £50m or more, ideally within publicly-funded organizations.
    • Extensive experience in finance transformation, having played key roles in the implementation of general ledger systems or ERP solutions, with specific experience in MS Dynamics 365 implementations for Finance teams.
    • Exceptional ability to integrate into new teams rapidly, understanding processes, and forging trust-based relationships.
