    Furniture Installation Manager- Hertfordshire

    Competitive Salary + Package


    We are assisting a rapidly growing bespoke Fit-Out Contractor with a turnover of over £30 million in their search for a dedicated Furniture Installation Manager to be working on a full time basis in the company's projects in Ware, Hertfordshire.


    Key responsibilities will include:
    Ensures that the project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

    Ensures adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures.

    Manage and update fitters schedules and oversees the delivery and installation of products.

    Manage a team of installers who are responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing furniture and major components.

    Ensure the successful delivery of furniture installations and the management of goods in and out of the Warehouse.

    Programming, planning and managing the day-to-day delivery of the furniture (FFE) projects assigned in line with the brand.

    Collaborate with the fitters on installations and provide them with the necessary documentation & drawings to carry out the work.

    Ensure the fitters are presentable, on brand, and H&S compliant.

    Notify the Warehouse Manager on what deliveries/collections to expect and to which project they pertain and inform him/her with the load plan for upcoming projects.

    Ensure transport and labour is scheduled for upcoming projects.

    Produce Operation and Maintenance manuals for furniture only projects.

    Report when projects are at various stages of completion so that invoices can be raised.

    Ability to work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team.

    Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlines are essential.

    Demonstrates exceptional presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.

    Solves problems analytically and acts decisively.
