- Management of planning schedule example attached ensuring programme submission dates within contract dates are adhered to
- Responsibility for completion of weekly internal programme updates with site teams to track progress versus programme
- Completion and submission of formal monthly submissions of contract programmes across live jobs
- Completion of narrative document alongside programme submissions, ensuring specific client requirements are met with each submission.
- Production of 4 weekly lookaheads in conjunction with site team
- Advise project team regarding delays / risks to programme
- Critical Analysis of subcontractor programmes
- Liaise with project teams to advise on formal acceptance or rejection of subcontractor programmes
- Advise on mitigation of any delay to programmes
- Preparation of Compensation Event programme or EOT claims in conjunction with the commercial team
- Preparation and consultation on tender programmes in conjunction with the estimating team
- Working with trainee planner to develop skill set
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft office
- Civils background advantageous
- Office based with requirement to visit sites as necessary
- Full driver s license
