- Collaborate with product owners and other application developers to design, code, and maintain high quality, cloud-based applications against established processes in a scrum team setting.
- Work with software teams to ensure alignment of architecture to user requirements.
- Occasionally provide technical assistance to escalated production issues.
- Implementation of bugfixes, improvements and new stories.

- Knowledge and experience with Java or similar high-level language

- Experience with data persistence technologies (such as relational database)
- Experience with client-side MVC Frameworks (i.e., AngularJS, KnockoutJS)
- Experience with Java based frameworks such as Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate, RabbitMq
- Experience in container-based app development such as Docker
- Experience in Cloud based technologies such as (AWS services, AWS Lambda, SNS, SQS, Kubernetes)
- Nextflow development experience
