    Talent Acquisition is critical to our growing business and Aramark UK is recruiting for an organised, hands on and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our high performing team working predominantly on one of our key North West accounts.

    As an Internal Recruiter for Aramark UK, you will support with volume recruitment to include a mix of front line and management positions.

    You will partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and utilise a variety of methods to recruit great talent whilst keeping agency costs to a minimum.

    This role will preferably be based in North West and is a full time and permanent position which will require the individual to work flexibly across weekends.

    A day in the life of an Internal Recruiter:

    Engage with hiring mangers to determine their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment processDevelop strategies to attract candidates to fill both high volume positions and management rolesWrite and review job descriptions and adverts for positionsActively search for candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal referralsCreate talent pools and pipeline candidatesOrganise and attend hiring events, job fairs and open days to network and identify potential candidatesBuild relationships with external providers i.e.

    job centres, universities and collegesScreen, shortlist and support with arranging and coordinating interviewsProvide a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    Assist in negotiating job offers, discussing compensation and benefits, and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the new hireTrack recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring processYou'll be set up for success if you have:Experience as a recruiter either in agency or inhouseExperience managing volume recruitmentFlexibility to work weekends where requiredExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAn ability to develop effective relationships across the organisation and externallyStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritiseAbout Aramark UKAramark is a leading service and solutions provider in the UK.
