Key Responsibilities
As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the Kier Construction team, to support the pre-construction team in the management of documents as part of the tendering process, as well as admin support.
Your day to day will include:
- Maintain up to date records of all design information for the project as well as assisting the Design Manager with internal document review including collating & coordinating response.
- Overall management of ViewPoint/ASite (daily processing of drawings, documents, RFI's, matrix transmittals, document control registers and reports) and distribution of information to the wider project team as required.
- Assist in the preparation and issue of contractual notifications/reports to employer/subcontractors/consultants

This role of Document Controller is great for you if you have:
- Experience of 4Projects and/or ASite
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work independently / remotely
