Recoveries team at DWF are currently hiring a Collections Specialist.

About the role:

This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced team and gain access to top level industry training.

DWF have a unique approach to providing legal and non-legal services and work with market leaders and the best in the industry, all whilst providing a supportive work environment where you will work collaboratively towards a shared vision.

Responsibilities include:

- making outbound and receiving inbound calls from individuals regarding outstanding debts with clients.

Calls vary depending on client requirements.
Each specialist manages their own workload and workbox, offering varied tasks.

About you:

Open to transferrable experience in other environments or debt recovery types.
Must be IT literate, possess good numeracy, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Resilience and rapportbuilding are crucial.
Autonomy in decisionmaking and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
A positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service is a must
It would be beneficial if you have worked in a debt recovery/collections environment, with strong attention to detail
