    Duties

    Prepare client pack and documents for meetings.

    Research companies to obtain info on clients.

    Input client info into systems and act upon tasks quickly and within company guidelines.

    Build relationships with clients.

    Ensure compliance at all times

    Scan and archive files

    Any other ad hoc duties such a reception cover

    Skills

    Able to build relationships with ease.

    Organized and able to work to strict deadlines.

    Honest hardworking and keen to learn.

    Great attention to detail with high standards.
