Sales Estimator
Salary £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience


Hours Monday to Friday:
Based Biggleswade

Our client are specialists in architectural and structural steelwork. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Estimator to join a forward thinking and growing business.


This role is vital in delivering the company objectives to our clients, ensuring our presentation forward thinking approach is witnessed.


Building customer relations and keeping the company relevant to the industry as it moves with the use of social media, verbal, and written communication.


Responsibilities:
Sales Estimator

  • Support in marketing activities.
  • Updating and creating sales tools to deliver a robust, timely response to customer.
  • Managing margins.
  • Uploading new enquires.
  • Collating and filing required sales documents.
  • Preparing and presenting quotes within customer deadline.
  • Interpret architectural drawings.
  • Deal with any customer enquiries over the phone.
  • Responsible in the conversion of quotations to orders and projects.
  • Evaluate quotes and offers.
  • Develop relationships with key vendors.
  • Attend sales meetings.

Skills and Experience required:
Sales Estimator

  • Direct industry experience.
  • Must have the ability to understand architectural drawings as you would be expected to estimate costs for sale quotations using product drawings.
  • Comfortable with numbers and technology.
  • Proven experience as a construction estimator.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Profound understanding of research methodology, data analysis and estimation metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Wellorganised and reliable.
  • Strive to achieve high standards.
  • Experience in similar role.
  • Additional cards and skills advantageous.

£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
