Heat Networks Account Manager on a
full time, permanent
basisbased at our Westminster Bridge Road in
South East London. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£45,000 per annum.
About the Heat Networks Account Manager
role:
As a
Heat Networks Account Manager, you will work within the energy team to manage and improve the performance of Peabody's communal heating assets.
We want to ensure that we are compliant with current and future regulation, maximise the efficiency of communal heating networks, and effectively manage the heat metering and billing and that we fully recover the cost, where applicable, of consumption of communal energy.
What we're looking for in our Heat Networks Account Manager:
- A relevant qualification, degree in a related field or substantial experience in energy management within the housing or property sector
- A passion for sustainability, climate change and mitigating its effects
- Excellent communication skills; and a proven record of preparing and delivering persuasive and high quality written and verbal reports and presentations within the organisation
Responsibilities as our Heat Networks Account Manager:
- Assessing the performance of the communal heating networks and generating plans to improve performance
- Managing metering and billing providers, ensuring that we fully recover the income that is generated
- Ensuring that the communal heat networks are compliant with new regulations, and tariffs are set every year
- Providing support in the Thamesmead DHN feasibility, and ensuring that heat networks are handed over from development
- Responding to all stakeholders within the agreed timescales and SLAs ensuring customer satisfaction
