- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites throughout the North West region.
