    M3 – UPS + SEN allowance £5007

    Commencing 1st September, 2024

    We are in the exciting position of looking to appoint an experienced special educational needs co-ordinator who will join our senior management team.

    As SENDCO at Pinfold Street Primary School, you will be non-class based. Distributed leadership is strong within our school and you will be supported and have the autonomy to use your professional expertise when making decisions.

    You will have the benefit of an office, where you can hold meetings with families and other professionals. We have a well-trained group of staff to deliver interventions, SEND targets and a range of therapies to support with meeting the needs of our pupils.

      • An experienced SENDCO with proven track record.

      • Be a reflective practitioner, seeking support where necessary
      • Have high expectations of themselves and others

      • Be flexible and adaptable to cater for the individual student's changing needs
