Description

NHS Ayrshire and Arran provide a wide range of health and social care services, including Acute Hospital care & community nursing and social care services.

We are the main provider of Health and Social care to approximately people in the Ayrshire and Arran area.

You will deliver high quality care in accordance with guidance given by registered staff & should be educated to SVQ Level 2 as a minimum, or have the relevant experience to enable them to use specialist technical & practical skills to deliver flexible, person centred care under indirect supervision of the registered staff, this may include cannulation & venepuncture, ECG recording, bladder scanning, patient observations & measuring for mobility aids.

You must be driven to provide a person-centred care experience for individuals & have a thorough knowledge of frailty. You should have the knowledge & skills required as part of the MDT in managing the acutely unwell adult.

You will work across professional boundaries & with both health & social care services to achieve the best outcome for patients.
