Projects Coordinator - IMAC

We are looking for a driven, Service IMAC Manager to join our Client Services team on a Retail account.
Your role
The IMAC Manager will be assisted by a Braga, Portugal based resource to deliver a consistently high standard of service reporting, supporting the Head of IMAC Services in the delivery of critical financial forecasting deadlines and contributing to updates and analysis as required at internal Monthly Business Review meetings.
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery, management of escalations, analysis of detailed cost schedules, forecasting, and service variance analysis, driving the business to investigate and resolve issues.
In addition, this individual will provide support in monthly invoicing activities and in the delivery of service line backing data, including responding to customer queries and attendance to customer meetings as required.
Your Experience
- Responsible for the scheduling of engineers to complete the IMAC operations throughout the UK and Ireland
- Schedule and coordinate configuration of hardware for store installation
- Procure hardware to be held for the customer at our warehouse for installation across the UN and Europe
- Manage stock levels for hardware
- Manage and develop the customer Stock Ordering portal
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on all aspects of the IMAC operation
- Supervise staff supporting the IMAC operation.
