    We have an opportunity for a Regional Facilities Management Lead to join our team at the Aerospace Yeovil site. You will join the EMEA Health, Safety, Environmental & Facilities as the regional facilities leader to ensure the regional team successfully supports operations and drives operational improvements.

    Key requirements

    · Own operational delivery of facilities management in the EMEA region

    · Enhance FMS and reliability-centered maintenance processes and maturity

    · Own regional facilities support for integrations projects

    · Optimize repair & maintenance and purchased services vendor spend to improve reliability and drive down costs

    · Be a regional champion for sustainability – build and execute a pipeline of efficiency and renewable projects to support Honeywell's Carbon Neutrality commitment

    · Partner with regional and site leaders to identify and implement facilities improvement opportunities

    · Maintain relationships/awareness of business changes that impact facility use and coordinate necessary operational changes proactively


    WE VALUE

    · Bachelor's degree and/or professional certifications in facilities management

    · Ability to lead and direct the work of others

    · Experience in facilities management or manufacturing

    · Strong analytical skills and creative thinking

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
