District Nurse – Band 6
Hours – 37 per week

Location: Based within Inverurie Health & Social Care Hub.

We offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our large & friendly team as a District Nurse at Inverurie Health & Social Care Hub. The successful candidate will lead and support the community nursing team at Inverurie to deliver a high standard of person centred and evidence-based care, to patients with a multitude of clinical needs in their own homes.

The successful applicant should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to being part of a multidisciplinary team within Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

A Specialist Practitioner qualification in District Nursing is essential for this post.

A full drivers licence and access to a car essential.
