Senior Business Development Manager - Service Delivery, an excellent opportunity to join a growing Social Welfare Charity, based in LondonFlexible working:
1 day a week office based, and the rest remote working.
This is a newly created role focused on developing, and leading a service and systems change programme, that will encompass service delivery, consultancy and training focused on support for children and adults, as well as their families.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, and part of the Business Development team, you will work together to secure income from statutory sources for innovative services and projects.
- Lead the development and delivery of a systems change programme and secure statutory income.
- Gain support for the systems change programme internally and externally through creating and effectively communicating a vision, case for support and evidence of need and impact.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with police forces, local authorities, other charities to deliver the systems change programme and ensure the charity fully understands the external context
- Secure statutory income for innovative services, consultancy and training projects that deliver the systems change plan and achieve income targets.
- Attend funder meetings for relevant bids, engage in funder consultation and network with others as appropriate.
- Lead the design and delivery of consultancy, conference and training projects, ensuring each project is delivered on time, is of high quality, in line with funder expectations, and staffed appropriately
