- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages in accordance with our menu and customer preferences.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-organized, and stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and proactive service to all guests.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks, checking for taste and presentation.
- Educate guests about our beverage offerings, including details about flavours, ingredients, and pairing with Indian cuisine.
- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including seasonal or special cocktails.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory management and control of bar supplies.
- Proven experience as a Bartender, with a minimum of 2 years in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Knowledge and passion for mixology, including expertise in crafting a wide range of cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Indian cuisine and beverages is a plus, but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country.
- Certification from a reputable bartending school preferred.
