Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with various investment teams to assist in idea generation and origination
- Play a key role in the implementation of new investment opportunities including financial analysis, modelling, valuation, due diligence, and engagement with partners
- Assist in the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities
- Work with third party fund manager to effect coinvestment opportunities
- Work closely with the firm's due diligence team to carry out due diligence on fund managers
- Preparation of presentation materials and investment committee papers
- Develop strong internal and external relationships
- Review and oversee business plans and portfolio companies to ensure governance procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Ideally graduatelevel education or similar experience
- Working towards, or having completed, financerelated qualifications such as the CFA
- Experience across M&A, corporate or investment banking, financial advisory, consultancy, asset management, private markets, audit, all considered
